SCARF is a Florida-based employer committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace and adhering to EEO and ADA compliance standards.

This organization employs E-Verify to electronically confirm the eligibility for employment of all newly onboarded personnel by cross-referencing their I-9 identification documents with records from the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

All candidates must successfully undergo a Level 2 Background Screening and hold a valid Florida Driver’s License with an insurable driving record if driving for business-related activities is part of the job requirements.

At SCARF, the safety of our clients, visitors, and staff is our utmost concern. To ensure the utmost safety, we perform thorough DCF and AHCA Level 2 Background screenings, as well as local law enforcement screenings, as standard components of our hiring process. Prior to commencing employment, all applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and clear the Level 2 screening. Any refusal to participate in testing will lead to disqualification from further employment consideration.

Reference Checks

When requested, applicants will need to provide four references (2 professional and 2 personal) as part of the recruitment procedure. In adherence to Florida Statute 435, SCARF will formally request any relevant documents from your previous employment records, specifically those related to background screening and performance, for the preceding 5 years from employers mandated to conduct a Level 1 or 2 background screening.
